About Us

Leti Is A Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician.


She earned her undergraduate degree at Hamilton College and a graduate degree in anthropology at George Washington University. After finishing medical school at the University of Vermont, Leti completed a residency at Swedish Family Medicine Residency, followed by a hospitalist fellowship.


She worked as a hospitalist from 2011 to late 2020, and she was employed at Good Samaritan Hospital, Queen’s Medical Center, and Swedish Medical Center. She also started a healthcare documentation company with Kenji and served as Chief Medical Officer from 2015-2016.

She currently splits her time between running Semi-Retired MD and Fast FIRE Capital, real estate investing, traveling, and raising their children.

In her free time, Leti cooks and bakes, meditates, fishes and hikes.

In addition to the work she does helping doctors and high-income earners, Leti’s passion lies in empowering women leaders. She loves supporting women CEOs as they run their real estate businesses and build other businesses of their own.

Kenji, a board-certified internal medicine physician and his various passion projects.

Kenji Is A Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician.

He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and medical school at Johns Hopkins. After medical school, his career path veered off the traditional path as he (in order) started a nutraceutical company, completed an internship at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle, worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, returned to UW to repeat his internship (yes, two internships) and completed a full residency.

After his residency, Kenji went to work as a hospitalist at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, where he worked for 12 years.

During his time at Swedish, Kenji started two companies and successfully exited both of them. 

Kenji currently runs Leti and Kenji’s mutual real estate holdings of long-term, short-term and commercial properties spanning multiple states. He and Leti are syndication partners on over 1,500 units. In addition, he continues to meet the criteria for real estate professional status each year. 

Kenji currently works on various passion projects in his free time, including hiking, competing in Spartan races, becoming a home sushi chef, and raising three small children and one college-aged daughter.

Josh Is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Turned Real Estate Investor.

He received his undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota. After three years of ICU experience, he attended the Minneapolis School of Anesthesia where he received a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia degree. He began his CRNA career at the University of Minnesota Medical Center where he worked for 6 years until he and his family made the move to sunny San Diego. Following his relocation, he took a position at the University of California San Diego (UCSD). After a couple of years at UCSD, Josh left to pursue various leadership positions including Regional Director of Anesthesia Services and Chief Nurse Anesthetist at two hospitals.

Josh left his career in anesthesia in the beginning of 2023 to focus full time on real estate investing and capital raising. In additional to his personal real estate portfolio, he has invested in multiple syndications and is a general partner on over 770 doors in multiple buildings across the US. He initially met the criteria for real estate professional status in 2023 and will again in 2024.

In his free time Josh enjoys hiking, golfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Shyloh is a lifelong entrepreneur with a history of running successful businesses.

She has contributed to the growth and success of numerous companies, both her own and those she has consulted for.

Throughout her career, Shyloh has held roles such as life and business coach, director of operations, head of finance, and event planner for large events. Her diverse experience makes her a reliable advisor and leader.

Shyloh currently splits her time working for Semi-Retired MD and Be., while also serving as the head of business for Fast FIRE Capital.

In her free time, Shyloh enjoys spending time with her three children, three stepchildren, two grandchildren, and husband. She also loves playing board games with her family and spending as much time as possible in Lake Powell.
